Operations Trainer

Conducting training sessions for employee instruction on company process, job training, and individual coaching;
Creating training plans for all positions and developing and coordinating training materials;
Conferring with managers to assess and analyze learning needs by performance, talent planning, and needs assessment data;
Monitoring and recording training from orientation to proficiency;
Recording and tracking attendance records for all training.

Education: 4-year degree in Training and Development, Human Resources or related disciplines.

Required Skills:
2+ years of manufacturing experience;
Understanding of a shop floor, OSHA, Safety concerns, and adult learning in a manufacturing environment;
Excellent communication, team building, organizational skills;
Proven ability to develop and conduct effective employee training programs;
Willing and able to work a flexible schedule to deliver training for off shifts;
Chemicals, paint, or liquid paint experience is a big plus.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
