Human Resource Coordinator Assistant
Perform routine but varied clerical duties in accordance with standard procedures under general supervision. Maintains professionalism with customers and employees. Work efficiently with customers to find employees to work at their locations. Responsible for hiring, training, and evaluation of employees. Will follow all Advance Services policies and procedures.
Answers the telephone and assist caller and/or take accurate messages. This could include scheduling appointments.

Conducts interviews and selects and hires candidates for customers
Explain employee paperwork to new employee and verify all information is filled out completely and accurately
Keeps good records on all applicants and employees
Performs and provides customer service to all of the customer they work with
Responsible for data entry and documentation ensuring accuracy and completing in a timely manner
Implements and handles customer requested orientations and training programs
Responsible for completing all government regulations concerning I-9's or E-Verify Program
Maintaining the software program keeping all information up to date and complete
Must be knowledgeable in injury prevention and workers compensation claim procedures including the workers compensation paperwork
Promote safety incentive program for employees
Be able to work overtime when required.
Assist in maintaining appearance of office and grounds
Special projects as assigned

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
